Rescheduling Sessions
You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours notice. Use the link in your booking confirmation or reach out through the contact form.
Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are considered used and are not refundable.
Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are complimentary. You are welcome to reschedule at any time before your call.
Package Refunds
If you have paid for a coaching package and wish to discontinue, we can discuss a partial refund for unused sessions. Refunds do not apply to sessions already delivered or missed.
How to Request a Refund
Send a written request to jennifer@inspiredbyyouwellness.com. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
